Interior Designer Selected to Refurbish Common Areas!

For Associate Designer Rachel Pohlner, working with homeowners to transform a space is so much more than “the pretty”. “Design is all about realizing the best version of yourself, inside and out, and creating a home that truly supports you – both aesthetically and functionally.”

Rachel brings over twelve years of Baltimore-based interior design experience to the St. Paul at Chase project with her most recent two years at Mount Vernon’s own Jenkins Baer Associates. She offers a refined depth of experience in both residential and commercial properties and strives to create unique spaces that best meet her clients’ needs and desires.

Rachel and her Project Manager, Heather Brown, are ever-excited and honored to deliver a warm, comforting and classic design concept to St. Paul at Chase. They are looking forward to rejuvenating a piece of Jenkins Baer’s own neighborhood, too, especially in a day and age where multi-unit buildings are becoming increasingly cookie cutter. Above all, their primary goal is to exceed the community’s expectations, fostering a revitalized approach towards the place that we call home!
