Free Bulk Pickup Service

The Condominium has an arrangement with the Midtown Benefits District for bulk pick-up, such that each unit owner can arrange to have one bulk pick-up per year. If you wish to take advantage of this service, the arranging is done online. The online application form and further information can be found by clicking HERE.

Please be aware that Midtown crews cannot come into the building and that all materials must be taken down and left outside in the back alley, on our parking apron. In addition to arranging for your pickup, please notify Penn Parking of any pick-up at least a day in advance. The apron is large but use of it gets reserved for movers and so on. Thus all pick-up items should be arranged neatly and so as to take up as little of the apron as possible.

This service is free to residents of 1101. It is provided by the Midtown Community Benefits District, an organization funded by a property tax surcharge automatically added to each owner's property tax bill. The Benefits District performs various supplemental services in Mount Vernon and adjacent neighborhoods, and more information about them (and the neighborhoods) can be found on their website, accessible from the link above.
