Thank you for the high level of unit owner and resident engagement in activities at Saint Paul at Chase! I am writing to encourage everyone to commit to an even higher level of engagement because:

  • By April 1, we will share three design options for common space renovations. Amtrak’s investment in Pennsylvania Station, along with the local government’s commitment to decreasing commute time between Baltimore and DC, places unit owners in a position to realize an increase in our investments. The renovation of our common areas will increase interest in Saint Paul at Chase. Please engage in the selection process.

  • First Services Residential (FSR) will begin managing our building on March 1, bringing our operations to a level of professionalism that is in alignment with the value of our building. Please engage in any opportunity to meet with FSR.

  • Reports of elevated crime in Mount Vernon, cause us to take a hard look at SPAC’s security. We are committed to making our building as safe possible. Please engage by reporting any questionable activity to the front desk, building management and Board.

  • The Board of Directors has created a practice of transparent and accountable governance. We announce all proposed actions and decisions in advance of Board meetings via electronic communications. We hold regular Listening Sessions for all residents and unit owners. We move Listening Sessions ideas to Committees for Board recommendations. We provide regular status updates on the issues or concerns raised at meetings. We will be asking for your support in some challenges facing the current board. Please engage in Listening Sessions, Board Meetings and all digital communication.

Thank you for engaging in our community!
